Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of services supplied through nbhpartnersbpo.com by NBH Partners BPO. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the applicable package description, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Service Delivery Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Services
NBH Partners BPO provides digital delivery, BPO and remote operations, creative editing, educational resources, and related professional services. The specific deliverables included in a purchase are those shown in the package description at the time of order, together with any written scope agreed after purchase.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices for the listed package and currency. Payment is due at checkout unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Third-party charges, optional extras, and work outside the purchased scope may require additional payment.
3. Start of Work
Service work may begin once payment has been confirmed and the information, files, access, instructions, and approvals reasonably required for delivery have been provided. At checkout, customers may be asked to expressly request immediate commencement of the service.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, lawful content, timely feedback, required access, and approvals. Delays in providing these items may extend delivery dates and do not create a refund right for work or capacity already reserved.
5. Scope, Revisions and Changes
Included revisions and deliverables are limited to the purchased package or later written scope. Material changes, extra pages, additional content, new workflows, additional editing, integrations, or other out-of-scope requests may be quoted separately.
6. Service Delivery
Services are delivered digitally or remotely. There is no physical shipping unless expressly stated. Delivery, onboarding, handoff, and client-delay rules are explained in our Service Delivery Policy.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Because purchases reserve professional time and may trigger immediate work, payments are generally non-refundable once work begins, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property and Client Materials
You confirm that you have the right to provide any materials, trademarks, credentials, data, media, or instructions supplied to us. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, final custom deliverables created specifically for you are released for your agreed business use after all applicable fees for that deliverable have been paid. Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how, licensed assets, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership or licence terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Hosting providers, domains, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, payment processors, marketplaces, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. NBH Partners BPO is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or failures caused solely by those third parties.
10. Trading Education & Tools
Trading-related content and tools are educational and organisational only. They are not investment, brokerage, tax, legal, or personalised financial advice, and they do not guarantee profits or trading outcomes.
11. Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity. We may pause or refuse work that reasonably appears to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or payment-network requirements.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NBH Partners BPO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by client-provided information, third-party systems, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
